Some Table Columns don't appear in Event Explorer?
I used ESI to create a device config, and I used the Intrustion Detection System table. A few of the variables that I selected there don't show up as columns you can add when using Event Explorer.
Not all the variables that are available in enVision tables are available in Event Explorer. when you create a event trace in EE, you can look at the list of available variables using tool tip.
Not sure if this was answered, but there are a number of fields that are not directly assigned.
You can do this manually in the enVision UI:
Go to Overview >> System Configuration >> Messages >> Manage Variables
Look at the rightmost column - this is the "Data Table Model" field name in EE. You will notice that many of these are not directly assigned. You can modify these by using one of the many "other" or "fld" fields.
You will need to restart ALL NIC Services after making changes here, but then the next time you log into EE the fields should be available to you.
