Space concerns in Envision Application Drive due to "pi_webserver.log" file
Hi All,
Needed your inputs, we have found out that "pi_webserver.log" file is consuming app 100GB of file size, due to which we are coming across the space crunch in Envision server, would request to kindly let me know what the best i could do to free the space from the drive or how to purge the data from the "pi_webserver.log" file.
Thanks & Regards
Sai

Firstly, welcome to the forums, and above all, thank you for being an RSA customer!
Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and can go unanswered for a long time.
You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right. Then search for and select: "RSA enVision".

There should not be any concern for deleting that file unless you are debugging currently. When doing testing with RSA we deleted that file multiple times without any problems.

Your services look a lot different then mine. Can you look inside the service and see where it is running from and what the log on tab shows? Normally all services are going to be controlled and started/stopped by NIC Service Manager.

In the log on the 27th it shows the lockbox was found but now on the 31st it is not found, do you know if anything has changed since then?

Do you have a support contract to open a case? There might be a few commands in iSql that can be run to get the DB lockbox back in place.
