task are not getting created in event explorer

Hi All, I have configured an alert and the output action for that is task create in event explorer. But, there are no task created in event explorer yet. Need some help on that what could be the issue?

Hi Nigama, since you are using the default task create output action, these tasks are automatically assigned to the Task Dispatchers group.  Make sure the user account you are using to login to EE is a member of that group and you should be able to see all unassigned incidents.
