Task Triage: No External Ticket in Database?
I am wanting to find out how I can submit a suggestion to the developers.
When I run a report for the Task Triage I get all the great information envision supplies, however if I am using Event Explorer to do tasks, and enter External ticket information, I don't see a way to pull that information into a report.
It doesn't appear to save to the database, only to an XML file.
Is it possible to include this information in the reports (using version 4)?
