When dealing with odbc configuration two things are key:
1- ODBC DSN configuration
2- Envision Configuration.
With the odbc dsn configuration make sure you can test successfull. The second section is the enVision configuration, please make sure you have the correct data source name, type and ip address as well as valid credentials. if all this is correct, then stop the nic odbc service on the LC and run via cmd line > %_envision%\bin> pi_ls_odbc -v 1>e:\1.out 2>e:\2.out
this will provide you with an standard out and err.out that you can use to diagnose or collect information provide to our support engineers.
