Upgrade from version 3.5.2
Hi all,
We are currently at version 3.5.2 and want to upgrade our installation to version 3.7. According to the migration path we must be at version 3.5.0 or 3.5.1 in order to do so.
Any advise on how to proceed?

Apparently it is not possible to upgrade from 3.5.2 to 3.7 without a complete re-installation including backup/restore of all collected data.

Just a clarification for all:
There is NO migration path from any version 3.5.x to 3.7.
You will, however, be able to migrate from either 3.5.x or 3.7 to 4.0

The documentation (RSA enVision 3.7.0 Release Notes.pdf) describes:
"To migrate to enVision version 3.7.0, you must be running enVision version 3.5.0 or 3.5.1."
So migration from 3.5.2 to 3.7.0 isn't possible, but from 3.5.0 and 3.5.1 to 3.7.0 is no problem.

This is correct. There is no upgrade path from 3.5.2 to 3.7.0 because 3.5.2 was released after 3.7.0.
You will be able to upgrade to release 4.0 from either 3.5.2 or 3.7.0 when release 4.0 is available within the next few months.
