Use UDS for Neural Apps Alerting

Someone have any experience on the use of enVision for the alerting or neural/critical Apps, for example on mainframe? 

I create an UDS to alert events that come from log’s generated from a neural application on Bank.

I could see the events on the enVision event viewer and I could customize the alerts for it, but I have problems trying to alert them, because at any time show me an Unknown device too.

Hi,

You will have to modify the XML for this UDS, so that the messages coming under the Unknown category can be parsed. Then you will be create an alert for that.
