Windows AD Error when adding a user
I have added our Authentication Server to enVision so that I can add users to envision with their AD account. But when I go to look a user up including myself I get an error up just under the "open new window" icon that is just a "X" and says Referral in red next to it. I put in a support ticket on Feb 25th but have not heard anything as of yet.
Anyone seen or have this issue?
Have not seen the error you are mentioning. My AD integration is working fine for authenticating user or adding users using Bulk Add or simple add.
You can try bulk add and then provide the userid and password (small pop up Windows) of the user who has access to read information from AD i.e. domain user with appropriate privileges.
