Have observed old scheduled tasks still being run, e.g. review refreshes or custom tasks, despite the review being complete or the custom task renamed and updated with new scheduling information.

There was a known issue with Scheduled Custom Task workflows where if the Custom Task workflow is renamed or deleted the Scheduled task is not deleted correctly. This issue is resolved but customers who had this issue on older versions may require a cleanup.
Since Custom Task workflows are not officially supported the solution for this issue is published in an internal only KB article.
Please open an RSA Customer Support case and reference internal only KB article 000035063 000039446 and request assistance with cleaning up the orphaned custom tasks.
