Anyone run into any issues in 7.1.0 P9 where no matter how many actual iterations are called, the loop process in the workflow never stops looping? Thus causing an infinite loop that must be manually cancelled to stop it.
Are you talking about a reproduceable issue with a particular workflow design or is there one workflow that is corrupted?
All 7.1.0 patches have a very serious issue that can cause a workflow to be created that is not related to the change request. I recommend all customers move off this version due to the risk of this problem. Does your issue possibly match one of these symptoms?
Otherwise looping worklows may just be part of a (bad) workflow design. Our product does not check or watch for looping worklflows and the designer does not prevent you from creating them. The design of the workflow must specifically allow for the workflow to end.
