Yes I have gone though all these previous known issues but nothing matched with my current issue
will there be any link with this behavior with redo , undo and temp logs memory in DB
also I have observed that heap memory of AFX server is almost full , any chances of this causing the current issues ? Mostafa Helmy

There could be various factors contributing to this situation. To start with how many connectors are mapped to this AFX? Some connectors are larger than others (memory footprint) and can put a lot of demand on memory. You may then need to tweak the JVM to allocate optimal heap sizes.

AFX will often use all available JVM heap memory. It is running efficiently when it is doing so as long is it can reclaim this memory during garbage collection. This is not really diagnostic of a problem.
I recommend you open a Support case so we can look at all the AFX logs. There are some log files that are relevant to aspects of the AFX server that are not obvious.
