Multiple accounts

We need to onboard an application in which a user may have more than one account. 

First problem is the user can not select an entitlement for a new account if he already has this entitlement on his first account.

Second is there is no option to create a new account when adding entitlements. 

We have quite a few legacy applications like this so it's really an issue.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Out of the box or maybe some custom development.

Your first question was answered in this post.

Same entitlements for different accounts for one identity?

For your second question

An account should be created automatically if you have "Entitlement Requires Account" configured.

The article certainly seems useful. I will try myself.

As for the other question I mean: Is there is no option to create a new, i.e. second account for the same user when adding entitlements.

But I guess this is already covered by the article.
