Have done all the action items mentioned in the below link but still have the issue:
Follow below steps also - Go to IE -> press F12 (opening up Developer Tools) -> go to Emulation, it shows 7 (Default) - change to Edge.

We had a similar issue. And it turned out that the compatibility mode was being enforced by a group policy from the organization. When you run it in emulation mode with IE7/5, you will find a DOM error in the information panel below which says something like - 'Compatibility mode enabled by group policy for abc.xyz.com domain..'
You can contact your desktop/group policy team to allow this with your domain excluded from the list. See if that works out for you.
I don't think Group Policy has an option to exclude a intranet site from Compatibility View.
The solution that I would suggest is to add the RSA IGL URL to trusted sites list. Compatibility View is disabled for trusted sites. This registry entry can be pushed to endpoints using Group Policy.
