ServiceNow G&L integration

Hello,

We are trying to integrate Service Now with RSA G&L (RSA Via L&G), but getting the following error:

Collector test failed:
com.aveksa.server.runtime.ServerException: Test request failed with response: com.aveksa.server.runtime.ServerException: com.aveksa.common.DataReadException: Error while creating stub for Service Now SOAP service to fetch View Data. Caused by javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Error reading XMLStreamReader.. Caused by com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0] Caused By Stack com.aveksa.common.DataReadException: Error while creating stub for Service Now SOAP service to fetch View Data at com.aveksa.collector.servicenow.util.ViewHelper.checkIfViewIsPresent(ViewHelper.java:118) at com.aveksa.collector.servicenow.util.ViewHelper.createUserView(ViewHelper.java:137) at com.aveksa.collector.servicenow.adc.ServiceNowFujiAccountDataIterator.init(ServiceNowFujiAccountDataIterator.java:78) at com.aveksa.collector.servicenow.adc.ServiceNowFujiAccountDataIterator.(ServiceNowFujiAccountDataIterator.java:69) at com.aveksa.collector.servicenow.adc.ServiceNowFujiAccountDataReader.getAccountIteratorForTestData(ServiceNowFujiAccountDataReader.java:71)

We are using RSA G&L (RSA Via L&G) Version 7.0.0.115344 P04 .

These types of issues are best investigated by RSA Customer Support

I would not recommend embarking on a ServiceNow integration with IG&L  7.0.0 version (this version is no longer supported).

I am surprised you do not have many other errors.

ServiceNow no longer allows connections using older SSL algorithms, and it is not possible to update 7.0.0 to use the  updated Java versions required to support TLS 1.2
