Two step Review - How to skip review action in step 2
We have configured 2 step review process for one of our review. In 1st step ,suppose reviewer has taken some review action "Revoke or maintain" on a review item, in 2nd step we do not want reviewer to take again any action (Revoke or maintain ) on the same Review item . How to achieve this ? That means 1st step review action is the final acton.

Not sure you can do that, as the process is to have the 2nd step
the only thing you could do maybe, is to allow bulk updates, then they have an easy step.
potentially you could do this via an escalation workflow, however it might be quite complex to work out the filters needed, to automate this.
finally, you could just write a report to show when this happens, then have an admin/moderator go and manually skip the step for that end user if you wanted.
you need to think about how audit will view all this too - so keep that in consideration too.

This can be configured under the Multi-Step Review header, as highlighted below. You simply select the items that you want to be included in Step 2, in your instance, only 'Unreviewed' items.

Let me rephrase the same scenerio in 2 step review-
1st step review is suppose to be reviewed by their Supervisors.
2nd step review is supposed to be reviewed by asset owners including group/app-role/ent owners using coverage file.
Now there is possibility of be Supervisor and asset owner to be a same person and ending up review the same access in both steps. So is it possible to skip the review on 2nd step as reviewer is same person who has already reviewed the same access in 1st step review ?
Let me know your views on this to handle.
