Where to modify form?

Anyone know where I can modify the content of this page? This is the page that comes up when you click on a task in a request but BEFORE you click the perform button(I know where to edit that form).

The fourth tab 'Workflow' will open up the workflow that this node belongs to. This workflow contains the node where this form resides. The node is most likely going to be an approval or an activity node. It will have the same name as displayed in the form (It's scrubbed in the image). Click on that node and you should see the following on the right-hand side.

The Edit icon will allow you to edit the form. 

This will affect every workflow node that uses this form. If you don't see the change immediately, you may have to restart the application for it to take effect.

Hang on, I think the question here is not about the form. The question is on the page BEFORE the form and before you hit perform (which is not the form).

I don't think you can modify that page at all as it is part of the application UI.

I went with the title of the question. Yupe, you cannot modify that page.

It's not clear from the original post exactly how you want to modify this, but most commonly we see customers requesting that the workflow variables are removed.

This can be achieved by de-selecting 'show job level variables' on the approval workflow. 

With 'show job level variables' enabled:

EDIT: I believe this behavior is only in versions 7.1 onwards.
