Access Not Permitted when trying to OPEN a Case

As i am unable to open a ticket at RSA Case Portal and it gives a message of " Temporary unavailble", i would like someone to please resolve this problem. Snaps are attached for your reference.

Now I am able to open a case at rsa support but I have not received any email from RSA support team on my email address " firstname.lastname@example.org " as we open the case so an initial email generates to notify the user that a case has been opened.
May you please help with this.
