How do I search for support case information in RSA Link?
RSA Product Set: RSA Link (community.rsa.com) RSA Product/Service Type: Case Management
I want to search for a specific support case in my account that isn't easily found on the Cases tab within the Case Management portal on RSA Link.
You can perform a full search on your support case and account information within the Case Management portal on RSA Link by clicking on the blue Search tab.
The search feature in the Case Management portal will display cases, entitlements (i.e. maintenance contracts), assets, knowledge base articles, attachments and/or emails depending on the search query.
Clicking on any of the hyperlinked information in the search results will redirect you to that specific data.
