RSA Link user needs to have their first or last name adjusted due to a typo during registration
RSA Link Users (excluding RSA employees)
A user realized after registering for an RSA Link account that there was a typo in his/her first or last name.
When editing their user profile within RSA Link, the fields for First Name and Last Name cannot be edited.
Because the RSA Link user accounts are integrated with other back-end systems, the First Name and Last Name fields can only be updated by RSA Link administrators so that the changes can be made concurrently in all of the related systems.
