Service Pack 2 was already released for v10.4.
Then their is no point to use and look for SP1.

For 10.4 release patch 1 and 2. We all very wait release Service Pack 1.

If i'm not wrong it should solve perfromace issues of the console as well as the problem with the Health & wellness--> Event Source Monitoring graph not displayed.

Unfortunately I do not saw roadmap for SP1 and wait release notification as you.
Did you see workaround 000029721 at the SCOL? Maybe this fix you issue.
What performance issue do you have?
