ADD LC under VLC

Hi Guys,

I am not able to add LC under VLC. when i checked logs its keep showing login failed on port 5671. i did curl -v and its successful. This tab keep showing LC as red. LC is in production from past 6 months while its collecting logs from others VLCs. 

Please help.

Are your VLC and LC on the same Netwitness UI or are they one separate UI servers? 5671 is the RabbitMQ port for transferring messages between the collectors. How are these devices laid out in your architecture?
