ecat license - urgent
hi,
I have a license with 4000 seats and I have maxed it. So I have freed 200 seats by the procedure written in the user guide (uninstalling the agent and then removing it from the database).
However in the About box, I see that the AgentCount is still above 4000.
What can I do to make the server refresh its agent count and then ill be able to install new agents?

Hi Ariel,
The agent count in the About box is loaded when you start the ECAT UI and is not dynamic. If you restart the UI the count will be updated. A better place to check the agent count is the "Server Configuration" tab which shows "live" data.
