ECAT Server C:\ Drive - Full Capacity
Hi,
Our ECAT server's C:\ Drive got almost 0% free space because the "Files" directory on it.
Is there an option to save the content of that folder in a different location so the operating system drive will have more space?
Will appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Yossi.

The location of the files directory is C:\ECAT\Server\Files, by default. If you want to move all of the files to a different folder, just go to "Configure --> Connection..." and change the Files UNC Path there. You can move the existing files over to the new folder as well.

Hi Sean,
Thanks for your reply.
I did the required change and i restarted the RSA ECAT service but the system still writing to the original location.
Is there any .conf file that i should make another change in?
