I have opened up an internal ticket to help with this.
Can I just confirm that you get the same behaviour?
1) You go to RSA University (above)
2) You click on ECAT Training
3) You chose one of the training courses
4) You then get redirected to a shopping cart page which asks you to check out.
5) You check out using your powerlink account but are still not presented with the course content.
Is my understanding of the content correct?

Hi can you try the following please:
Please can kindly clear your cookies and cache and close all browsers.
In a new browser, launch https://education.emc.com and try again.
In case the issue is still not resolved even after clearing the browser cache, then please follow the below steps:
Right click on Internet Browser icon on your task bar and click 'Start InPrivate Browsing'. It will open up the IE browser in 'InPrivate' mode. This is more secured site.
Search for the course
Add to cart
Complete the check-out process
Go to 'My Account' and then 'My Training'
You can see the registered course in 'My Training' list
Click 'Launch' link and you should be able to see the content.

If you visit the site on another internet connection (perhaps your mobile phone) do you get the same error?
