How to Re-image hybrid appliance

we need to re image the hybrid appliance, can any one help me with the process of re-image and if there is any help documents. also show me the process to backup everything before format.

Please referS4 and S5 HW Appliance Imaging Guide  for re-image.

For backup and restore of loghybrid configuration, Refer below.

Manual: Sys Maintenance: Core Hosts Backup and Recovery 

Scripts for 10.6.2 and above: Where to find a builtin RSA Netwitness 10.6.3 backup and restore script? 

Note: Above backup and restore works only for Netwitness configuration. But not raw logs.

Thanks for your guides. 

Actually the current version for the whole services is 10.6.2.2, and we will re-image two hybrid appliances. so we will use backup script instead to make it manual. through attached manual guide for the backup cores.

this backup work for configuration only, if we need to backup data and restore them after re-image is there any process for it. the provided link not working.

Please reach out RSA support by quoting article name. That article used for swapping the data disks to new RMA appliance.

the mentioned article is to swap data disks when a new RMA recieved.

But how we can backup/restore data before we did re-image!!

I believe, Core data backup/restore process not yet tested. Please reach out RSA support for confirmation.
