How to search rules and reports via REST API

We have about 600 rules in SA, can I fetch them in bulk via REST API?

If yes, which sentence should I use?

For decoder rules, yes, you can!

The endpoint for application rules on a decoder is /decoder/config/rules/application

For reports, unfortunately, the reporting engine does not have a REST API so that would not be possible.
