Domo - SAML SSO Agent Configuration - RSA Ready SecurID Access Implementation Guide

This section describes how to integrate RSA SecurID Access with Domo using a SAML SSO Agent.

Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

Perform these steps to configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service as an SSO Agent SAML IdP to Domo.

Procedure

  1. Sign into the RSA Cloud Administration Console and browse to Applications > Application Catalog.

  2. From the list of applications, search for Domo and click +Add.

  3. On Basic Information page enter a Name for the application, ie. Domo Then click on Next Step.

  4. On Connection Profile page.

    1. Choose IDP-Initiated or SP-Initiated.

    2. Scroll down to SAML Identity Provider (Issuer) section.

    3. Note the Identity Provider URL and Issuer Entity ID. These values are automatically generated. They will be needed later for the configuration of Domo.

    4. Click on Generate Cert Bundle, set a a common name for your company certificate. Then click Generate and Download .

    5. Select Choose File and upload the private key from the generated certificate bundle.

    6. Select Choose File and upload the cert from the generated certificate bundle.

    7. Select Include Certificate on Outgoing Assertion .

    8. Scroll down to Service Provider section.

    9. Enter the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) Update the URL (https://<SITENAME>.domo.com/auth/saml) based on your Sitename inDomo For example https://rsa.domo.com/auth/saml.

    10. Use default value Audience (Service Provider Issuer ID) Update the URL (https://<SITENAME>.domo.coml) based on your Sitename inDomo For example https://rsa.domo.com.

    11. Scroll down to User Identity section .

    12. Ensure Identifier Type = Email Address, set your Identity Source and Property = mail.

    13. Open the Show Advanced Configuration section

    14. Ensure the property values for the attributes email, name, title and user.phone are set correctly.

    15. Click Next Step.

  5. On User Access page select the Access Policy you require. Allow All Authenticated Users is the least restrictive. Click Next Step.

  6. On Portal Display Page.

    1. Select Display in Portal.

    2. Upload an Application Icon if you wish.

    3. Set an Application Tooltip if you wish.

    4. Click on Save and Finish.

  7. Click on Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO. If you make any additional changes to the application configuration you will need to republish.

Configure Domo

Perform these steps to integrate Domo with RSA SecurID Access as a SAML SSO Agent.

Procedure

  1. Sign into Domo and browse to AdminSecurity > Single Sign-On.

  2. From Start Setup choose Manual Setup.

  3. For Identity provider endpoint URL enter the Identity Provider URL from the RSA Cloud Authentication Service configuration above. For example: https://portal.sso.pe.rsa.net/IdPServlet?idp_id=jnsbs7q87tr
  4. For Entity ID enter the Issuer Entity ID from the RSA Cloud Authentication Service configuration above. For example, afla75jdle8x.
  5. Click the Upload x.509 Certificate upload the cert.pem file generated from the certificate bundled created above in the RSA Cloud Authentication Service.

  6. Ensure that Enable SSO is selected.

  7. Test the configuration, Click on Test Config.

  8. Click on Save Config.

Configuration is complete.
