OnceHub - SAML SSO Agent Configuration - RSA Ready SecurID Access Implementation Guide

This section describes how to integrate RSA SecurID Access with OnceHub using a SAML SSO Agent.

Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

Perform these steps to configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service as an SSO Agent SAML IdP to OnceHub.

Procedure

    1. Sign into the RSA Cloud Administration Console and browse to Applications > Application Catalog

    2. Click on Create From Template found in he upper right of the page then select SAML Direct

    3. On Basic Information page enter a Name for the application, ie. OnceHub Then click on Next Step.

    4. On Connection Profile page

        1. In Connection URL field, verify the default setting

        2. Choose IDP-Initiated or SP-Initiated

        1. Scroll down to SAML Identity Provider (Issuer) section.
        2. Note the Identity Provider URL and Issuer Entity ID. These values are automatically generated. They may be needed later for the configuration of OnceHub

        3. Click on Generate Cert Bundle, set a a common name for your company certificate. Then click Generate and Download

        4. Select Choose File and upload the private key from the generated certificate bundle

        5. Select Choose File and upload the cert from the generated certificate bundle

        6. Select Include Certificate on Outgoing Assertion

        1. Scroll down to Service Provider section
        2. Enter the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) for your instance of OnceHub For example https://account.oncehub.com/samlp/callback/SAML-ZXG7R03BHR 

        3. Enter the Audience (Service Provider Issuer ID) for your instance of OnceHub. For example https://account.oncehub.com/SAML-ZXG7R03BR

        1. Scroll down to User Identity section
        2. Ensure Identifier Type = Email Address, set your Identity Source and Property = mail

      1. Click Next Step
    5. On User Access page select the Access Policy you require. Allow All Authenticated Users is the least restrictive. Click Next Step

  1. On Portal Display Page

    1. Select Display in Portal

    2. Upload an Application Icon if you wish

    3. Set an Application Tooltip if you wish.

    4. Click on Save and Finish

  2. Click on Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO. If you make any additional changes to the application configuration you will need to republish.

Configure OnceHub

Perform these steps to integrate OnceHub with RSA SecurID Access as a SAML SSO Agent.

Procedure

  1. Sign into OnceHub and browse to Security > SSO

  2. Note the Identifier URL field. This value is used above in the RSA Cloud Service configuration above for Audience field

  3. Note the ACS URL field. This value is used above in the RSA Cloud Service configuration above for the ACS field

  4. Click Continue

  5. Using the Identity Provider URL from configuration above, copy URL into Entity ID and IDP single sign-on URL fields

  6. Open the certificate, from the certificate bundle created above, in notepad and copy the values including the BEGIN/END CERTIFICATE comments and paste into the Public x509 Certificate field.

  7. Click on Save & Continue.

  8. Verify and Save the Changes

  9. Browse to Security >SSO Enable SSO for all Users to enable direct login from Web Portal (IDP-Initiated)

Configuration is complete.
