Click Diagnostics > View Network Diagnostics. The Network Diagnostics page displays the message "Collecting network diagnostics..." for up to 20 seconds, then displays the following:
Date and time the network diagnostics were collected
Details for each identity router network interface, including IP address, subnet mask, gateway, MAC address, and network link status
Connection state for the secure connection to the Cloud Authentication Service
DNS name resolution for each configured name server
A subset of the routing tables on the identity router, including the default routing table and the routing table for each configured interface
Potential network issues (for example, an NTP service synchronization error) are displayed in red.
