authentication failed
I have the latest 7.3 agent on servers and I frequently receive an authentication failed message after logging in. There are no entries in the console (Authentication monitor) and my token does not get locked out. I have an open support case going on 3 weeks and still no resolution. Any ideas?

Hi Tim,
I'll make sure the assigned TSE gets back to you but in the mean time I wanted to try and get some additional information. Are you doing selective challenge on the Agent? Generally when we don't see anything in the AM server for authentication it's either because the agent can't reach the AM server or the user was deemed to not be in the RSA challenge group so in that case it wouldn't send the authentication request to AM. The agent logs would show this information. I'll follow up with the current TSE.

Hi Tim,
According to the TSE assigned to the case this issue is now resolved. Turned out to be a replication issue, which would account for authentications going to out of sync replica not showing up on Primary. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's still a problem.
