Authentication Manager - Maximum Number of Users

I need to know the maximum number of users that our organization can be licensed for.  We currently have 135 authenticators purchased but may need more.  Is there a location in the Security Console or the Operations Console that I can find this information?

You can see how what your active user license limit is, along with how many active users you have, by logging in to the Security Console.

1. Browse to Setup > Licenses > Status.

2. Click View Installed Licenses. A list of License IDs appears.

3. Click a license ID, and select View.

RSA Authentication Manager can handle hundreds of thousands of users, so if you need to assign tokens to more users than you already have, please contact your RSA sales rep or reseller for assistance. 

Note that licenses and tokens are two different things.  If you currently have a license for 135 active users and 100 already have tokens, that means you can assign one or more tokens to just 35 more users.  If you need to assign to 100 tokens to more users, then you need to upgrade your license so you have the ability to assign more tokens.  You also need to purchase more tokens so you have them available to deploy to your end users.

On Authentication Manager, one can have far over 1 million users and 1 million authenticators. Chances are you have less, so no worries on capacity.
