Cant Open Token via RSA SecurID App

One of our clients is having issues with the RSA IOS 13 app.

Its been our experience that some can, while most cant import their RSA token via the IOS app.

We are hoping to confirm when RSA plan to release a fix.

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space‌‌ and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.
