Downgrading from Enterprise to base licence Risks? RSA auth manager 8.2.1

I'm downgrading from Enterprise to Base as I dont use any Enteprise functions ( only have 1 server + replica ) 

Do I just add in my licence in the security console? Is there any downtime?

My current ( enterprise ) Authentication manager came with 105 user authentication licencees, see screenshot 

So I am worried about losing these if I put on the new licence , as my system is at 95% tokens / users assigned 

Although I think the base comes with 105 too, so i wonder if ti would take these ones,

All you need to do is open the license XML file that you intend to replace the existing one with, and look at the <users> property to know for sure....

example:

<license:property name="Users">100000</license:property>

There is no downtime. You need to uninstall the current license in Security Console, then install the other one. Make sure you have the original XML file of the one you are uninstalling, in case something goes sour, but there should be no problems. When setting up a new server for the first time, the license is required to be inside it's zip file with the additional components, and you upload the zip file... But when a server is already set up and running, you only need to deal with the XML file inside the zips, so extract the XML from the zip and they can be uploaded in the Security Console.

Replacing a license takes less than a minute.  Any users who are currently authenticated will not have their sessions dropped.  The only users who may be affected are the ones who happen to try authentication in the moment between when you uninstall the old license and install the new one.
