User has experienced issue using Authentication Agent for Windows on a tablet with Windows 10. The tablet had frozen and they had to perform a hard reboot to get it to restart.
On restarting they found they unable to authenticate through Agent. They were offline. Prior to the hard reboot they had been able to authenticate while offline.
Is this expected behaviour ? A know issue ?
They later connected to the network and authenticated. Everything worked and resynched so from then on they could authenticate offline again.
