Tamela Salaam‌,
Welcome to RSA Link. We are so happy you joined our community.
Since your question is about RSA Authentication Manager and RSA SecurID tokens, I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access‌‌ and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
RSA Authentication Manager does not have an archive token option. Your can Delete a Token if you no longer need it in your database. If you need to delete tokens in bulk, see the steps in the RSA Authentication Manager 8.4 Bulk Administration Utility (AMBA) Guide.
Regards,
Erica

What do you mean, archive? If you want to keep them in the db -- that is, not delete them -- but hide them from most admins, you can create a Security Domain and move the expired tokens into it, then remove that Security Domain from the scope of the Admin Roles you want to hide the expired tokens from. You'll have to move them there manually, or use AMBA to script a bulk solution.
