How do I check used license count?

Hello,

We are currently licensed for 500 users on RSA Via Access. I have had requests to provide a count of the number of used licenses, as well as the accounts using them (if possible). I checked in both the auth console and the access console and was not able to find a count. Is there something I am missing, or can someone point me in the direction of this information?

Hi Dan,

The license count is currently not displayed in the console.  Our Support team will be able to assist you further on this question, and I believe you already have reached out to them.
