How many time does SP1 take to install on Auth Manager 8.1?
https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid/authentication-manager-81
I'm scheduling a window management to apply the service pack 1 and we would like to know the estimate time it takes to install.
We have a distributed deployment with 1 master and 2 replicas running on VM.
Regards

Marcelo, we have a customer with exactly the same deployment 1 Primary 2 Replicas on VmWare, applying the patch should be no more than 35 minutes per instance, but for example we reviewed the servers health before we installed the patch in each instance that took around 15 minutes and we downloaded the logs just in case, logs took around 15 to 20 minutes, but this is entirely optional we do this to review Health You might not need this at all. so if you add Up it is 2:20 hours process in this case that it is 3 instances. If you omit the logs it is 2:00 hours so Just as a prevention if you manage a 2:30 hour window you will have time for all of the process and time to review and check the after process.

Hi Kelly, sorry but I didn't understand your note.
I read in the docs that I have to install SP1 at first and then install the required patch.
As I saw today the patch 15 was released on September.
Why did you post something about patch 2?

Careful these are two separate things, with totally different timing.
