Kindly follow the below procedures to import the newly purchased tokens:
1. You had received a package from RSA with the tokens and a package that contains the CD and some instructions. You should scratch the confirmation code.
2. Go to this link https://dlc.rsasecurity.com/ to download the decryption key.
a. You should enter the token pack credentials: Token pack id and the confirmation code you just scratch off.
b. In order to protect the decryption code file, you will be asked to enter a very strong password.
c. Then you will download the decryption code file. You are allowed to download this file only once.
3. Insert the RSA token record CD. Run the .exe file.
4. You will be asked to browse to the decryption file (the zip folder) you just download it, and you should enter the password you created in step 2.c.
5. Once the decryption process is completed, you will get the files , Two .xml and the other one is the file that contains the password .txt .
6. Now you should upload the .xml files to the Authentication Manager (from security console/authentication/securID tokens/import token jobs/add new),
And when asked about the password please copy and paste the password available in the .txt file generated.
