is separate configuration required on Replica AM?
1- do we need to create agent on replica separately or will it take automatically?
2- if we are doing export/import users on primary AM and creating software profile on Primary AM, do we need to import users on replica separately?

No need to worry about the replica for those items, the replica will have all that information. A replica does not replicate some 'server specific' items, such as syslog settings, smtp setup, logging levels, some operations console settings like ssh access...but anything regarding users, authentication, agents, tokens...etc is all a duplicate of the primary.

it means i only need to create agents, users, tokens, software profiles in primary only, replica will take all as part of replication, right?
what about identity source configuration, in guide i read that we need to configure directory in replica as well.
