Last login date not updating for some users and tokens
In our AM (8.3 P01), we run a report that should show all logins for the previous week. The last few days we have run it, we have noticed that not all logins are showing up. When we pulled up the Dashboard view for a user that we know logged on this morning, the Dashboard reported that the last login was 10/9/18. When we went into that user's assigned token (there is only one assigned token for this user, BTW), it also showed the last login time as 10/9/18 but we know that it is incorrect. I tried flushing all cache objects in the Operations Console but when running the report or viewing the user's Dashboard, we still see the same last login time of 10/9/18.
Hoping someone here might know a solution.
Regards,
Daniel

I am sure one of the engineers will chime in, but in the mean time, can you login to the Operations Console and confirm that replication is healthy between your servers? If replication is not working and your user has only authenticated to a replica, then that information would not be passed to the primary for your report.

Hi Erica,
That was an excellent suggestion. I had forgotten all about our replica instance and sure enough, when I checked the replication status, the replica instance had been out of sync for a few weeks. Just got it synced again so I will monitor and see if that fixes up our report.
Thank you!

Thanks for letting me know I still have my tech support creds! Please post and let us know if synching your replica resolved the issue.
