Reissue token file
The token is a genuine product within the expiration date. I think I need a "token file" when registering a token. I think the token file is provided on the CD-ROM. Is it possible to reissue this token file? And how do I go about it?
I need to increase teleworking due to the COVID-19 problem, but there are few tokens in Japan. Therefore, I would like to import from the United States.

You do not have to re-import the token into the Authentication Manager server.
If the token is a hard token, all you need do is have it assigned to you by the administrators. If it is already assigned to user, they must unassign it from that user first.
If it is a soft token, after the administrators assign the token to you (first unassign it from previous owner), they must distribute it accoding to your normal procedures (generate an sdtid file for you to import into your token app, or generate CTKIP credentials).
