RSA AM 8.x EOPS Harware appliance

Our customer have RSA AM 8.x hardware appliance model 130 (Dell R210) with version RSA AM 8.1 SP1.

If they get hardware problem, could they still repair to you ?

Please review the Product Version Life Cycle for RSA SecurID Suite Hardware Appliances.  It looks like the EOPS date for the Dell R210 is 31 December 2017 with the option available to upgrade to Authentication Manager 8.2 SP1 or Authentication Manager 8.x Hardware Appliance (Intel).
