RSA AM password recovery
Hi
Noticed some of the users forgot passwords for OC and SC consoles and cannot recall them in that case it is very trouble some to get back them or reset them, can RSA make this resetting both console password easier in future versions, some thing like
1) Run simple command to reset SC console and OC console password.
2) Remove the dependency of other console password ( means if required to reset one need to know other console password).
thanks

MTech Products (if that is your real name ),
With Authentication Manager 8.x, resetting the Operations Console password is much easier. Login to the Security Console and select Administration > Manage OC Administrators. From there you can add or delete Operations Console administrators or change the password of an existing Operations Console administrator.
For the Security Console password, it looks like this process is the most current:

Rajesh,
Nice to meet you and thank you for all the support you give in the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid?sr=search&searchId=62e0737e-db62-4a5d-95c9-8369... community!
From your case notes, it looks like your user was able to get access to both the Operations Console and Security Console.
If you are looking for an easier way to reset passwords for Authentication Manager, I'd recommend submitting an idea on the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid/ideas page. It's a new feature, introduced a week or so ago that allows customers to make requests for enhancement that are visible to other customers and partners. You can view other requests and vote on ones you'd like to see included in future product releases*. The more votes, the more visibility the idea gets in front of product management.
Regards,
Erica
* As always, a product enhancement request does not guarantee that the feature will be added to future product releases.

Hi Erica,
Thanks I will submit my ideas on above mention page.
if we come to the case initially user cannot log in to any Console and rsaadmin after I have logged some how they managed to login in to rsaadmin but not in to both Security and Operations Console as per RSA support Engineer there is no other work around if we forgot both consoles.
LOL!! not sure how and when I will solve this case.
Thanks
Rajesh
