RSA AM8.4 + Sophos UTM (Radius)

Hello together,

I hope you can help me with an issue. I have created an RSA Radius Client (with -Standard Radius) with an RSA Agent (Agent Type: Standard) for Sophos UTM 9.

On the Sophos UTM 9 I have create an Radius Server with the IP from the RSA Radius Server. When I try the connection between sophos and rsa (with an Test button on Sophos) the sophos tells me "error timout" and on the RSA Activity Monitors I not receive any kind of message.

You may want to download NTRadPing to test your RADIUS connection to the RSA Authentication Manager server.

Hi Giuseppe,

if the RSA Authentication Monitor doesn't show any connection, try first with an Radius Client set to ANY. This will help to find out the Sophos IP that connects to the RSA AM. Maybe that's the issue.

Don't use special characters in your shared secret key.
