To do so, you must meet the following prerequisites:
You must have already deployed a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) on AWS.
You must set up a private subnet.
You must have permission to deploy m4.large or better instance types.
Configure your DNS server.
Create security groups for the AWS virtual appliance.
