RSA Securid Authentication Agent API 8.1 for Java AuthSDK
I am trying to configure RSA Securid Authentication Support for Advanced Authentication Mainframe from CA. This involves obtaining the following files from the "RSA Securid Authentication Agent API 8.1 for Java AuthSDK":
authapi.jar
cryptoj.jar
rsa_api.properties
Can anyone help/point me to where I can downalod the "RSA Securid Authentication Agent API 8.1 for Java AuthSDK".
Regards,
Thomas Liu

You can download the API zip file, which includes those files, documentation, sample code and utilities, from the RSA SecurID® Authentication Agent API 8.1 Downloads page in RSA Link.

Hi Lyndal,
Thanks for the download link. Unfortunately, when I clicked on it, I got an "Unauthorized". Do I, or my company, have to be a customer of RSA before I can download the API SDK?
Regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas, yes, you do have to be a customer with a current support entitlement for RSA Authentication Manager. If your company is an RSA Authentication Manager customer, see our KB article 000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link , which will grant you access to the API.

Hello Lyndal,
Is there an SecurID API that can be leveraged to integrate web applications for multi-factor authentication (token) that does not require the "Authentication Manager". We are a customer but we are not currently licensed for Authentication Manager.

The other API to consider is the RSA SecurID Authentication API.
This API can be used with version 8.3 and higher Authentication Managers or the RSA SecurID Cloud Authentication Service.
Hope that helps,
Ted

Ted,
So it does require Authentication Manager, got it. Is there an API that can be leveraged for authenticating with token that does not require Authentication Manager?

Does not require AM. I just edited my earlier message to make clearer that I meant the API could authenticate to an AM or the Cloud Auth Service.
Sorry for any confusion,
Ted
