User Lockout Email Notifications?
We are wondering if there is a way to have the RSA Authentication Manager send out email notifications when a user gets locked out. This would be for when a user is trying to authenticate but enters the PIN incorrectly for their software token or enters the incorrect passcode to many times.
Not sure you can get an email from configuring it through the Security Console WebUI for user action.
As far as I know, you can only do this for events from the Self-Sevice Console, in Security Console system config.
Otherwise, you have two options:
- send authentication SNMP traps
- send syslog events
Then, the receiving server could build and send that email you are looking for.
