Check out 000034558 - How to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.x full kits and service packs from RSA Link.  It explains how to get the full kits and other files you will need for your version of Authentication Manager.

If you are looking to patch an existing deployment, go to RSA SecurID Access and select Downloads then select from the pop up menu for SecurID Access, Authentication Agents, Authentication Manager or Token Authenticators.  Each page will have relevant download options.
