On August 26, 2020, RSA announced that TLS 1.2 will be required for Cloud Authentication Service connections beginning on October 31, 2020. To provide additional time for customers to make necessary configuration changes, the date was moved to mid-April 2021. RSA will now enforce TLS 1.2 for all Cloud Authentication Service connections beginning on May 15, 2021. If you have not updated your connections to TLS 1.2, you must do so immediately to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
