Case Portal not permitted
I am logged in and try to open a case.
But the Access to the Case-Portal for me ist not permitted.
I receive the Message:
please can anyone help me?

we have received several Mails from RSA for Updates.
We are currently using "RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 SP 1 P 04".
We just want to know if their is any IP changes or similar??
Thanks for your response. You should be able to create the case now by navigating in menu bar as Support -> Case Portal -> Open a New Case.
